- Provides AI-assisted documentation tools

All AI-generated content, including transcriptions, clinical notes, and billing codes, must be reviewed and verified by a qualified healthcare professional before use in patient records or billing submissions.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful clinical documentation purposes
- Review and verify all AI-generated content before use
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Comply with all applicable healthcare regulations and laws
- Obtain appropriate patient consent for recording clinical encounters
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medellis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
